Tons of places sell Internet based leads, it depends on what type of insurance you are selling. Just Google life insurance leads or whatever type of insurance you are selling.
The thing about leads is if they are not working it's a 99% chance it is you and not the leads. The best advice I can give you is to read this book otherwise you will probably waste your money buying leads you can't properly work.

One of the underwriters went over the screening process , the types of business, pricing, etc….. by time she left there she knew that product backwards and forwards. this was a product designed for most of the business you see in strip malls, except grocery stores, no big stuff, small business owners.
She bombarded us with applications, with better than a 90% acceptance rate. If memory serves, her average premium was around 2100. and she averaged about 25 apps per month. Do the math. We paid 15% (I'm old… lol)
Everyone has their niche. You just have to find yours.
